Foreshadowing

Dear Friend, I can not believe what I did yesterday. I was practicing my swings for softball.. and it was going so well, until I messed up. I was using a different and weird object instead of using a ball. I was using marshmallows. I was also in an unusual place to be swinging a bat, for I was in my living room. It all started off from my brother eating marshmallows. It was like any normal afternoon, until he decided to start tossing the marshmallows.. My other brother seen my softball bat and thought he should swing at the marshmallows and hit them back to my brother. He was doing good, he was hitting the marshmallows into my brother's mouth. I thought "Wow! That is amazing, I want to try!". My brother gives me the bat and at first I could not hit any of the marshmallows even near my brother. So, I decide to move over a bit to get a better angle towards my brother, and boy was that a bad idea. I swing the bat, and all I hear is a crash.. I hit my big flatscreen tv with my bat, and the tv is ruined. Sincerely, The girl in trouble.

Goals

The one thing the creature wants the most in life is a female companion. He has no one but himself, so he feels alone. His creator abandoned him, and people do not want to create a relationship of any sort. Being alone leaves him feeling miserable, depressed, and angry at his creator for creating him 'ugly'. He realizes he does not look like anyone else, he believes he his ugly. People are frightened when they are approached by him, because they are afraid of the way he looks, since he looks like a monster.

Being Rejected

Julie was applying at many different places to find a job, but she continuously was rejected for many different reasons. Such as, she did not have the proper expierence, she did not meet the requirements, or she did not have the required availabilty. Being rejected time after time left Julie feeling depressed and useless. She felt like she was not good enough, or wanted by any job. She wanted to just give up on trying to find a job, but she did not, for she knew she was in need of one. Julie continued to fill out applications, and after a few more declines, she was finally offered a job! She was relieved, glad she did not give up, and proud of her self for finally earning a job.
